A Lasting Appreciation
For me, jewelry has always been so much more than something beautiful to wear. It can represent love, commemorate a milestone, make a memory tangible or connect one generation to the next.
I grew up surrounded by an appreciation and love for jewelry. My mother sought out estate jewelry, my father gifted it to her, and my husband’s parents were drawn to antique designs. That passion stayed with me through my work in print media and sales, where I honed my research and listening skills and learned to ask thoughtful questions that reveal what matters most to someone.
The Art of Discovery
More than 20 years ago, I began visiting estate and garage sales. I loved the treasure hunt—discovering something overlooked and discovering its story. That eventually led me into online auctions and, later, to establish Inspired Diamonds and Jewelry, which grew one client, one discovery and one referral at a time. Today, I work with clients by appointment on everything from engagement rings and custom designs to estate jewelry, repairs, redesigns, appraisals, buying, selling and consignment. I also consult with families, trustees and executors to assess jewelry collections, establish their value and plan what to do next. Whatever brings someone to me, our work begins with a conversation and a clear look at their options.
Beyond the Jewelry
Jewelry is timeless, yet it moves with the rhythms of the year and the milestones of our lives. Each season brings its own colors, celebrations and reasons to mark a moment. That combination of lasting meaning and continual discovery is part of what makes this work so joyful.
What stays with me most are the relationships behind the jewelry: the people who gave it, wore it, treasured it and may one day pass it on. I feel privileged when clients invite me to be part of those stories.
